Team Coaching

Team Coaching is an open format, in which the true problems between team members are brought to light, worked on, and ideally solved sustainably. One of our lead coaches will analyze together with you the current situation within the team and create solutions based on individual team coaching with the need-based elements of training, counseling and psychology

Leading Virtual Teams
